Elle dure 3 ans et consiste, \u00e0 partir d\u2019un diagnostic pouss\u00e9 et actualis\u00e9, \u00e0 aider techniquement et financi\u00e8rement les propri\u00e9taires de logements tout au long de leur projet de r\u00e9novation ou d\u2019adaptation. Cet accompagnement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 est enti\u00e8rement gratuit et la neutralit\u00e9 des informations et conseils est Lors de permanences physiques, t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques ou de r\u00e9unions publiques, il le guidera dans vos choix de travaux, \u00e9tablira un diagnostic technique de son logement, l\u2019informera sur les subventions existantes et l\u2019aidera au montage de ses demandes de financement, jusqu\u2019au paiement des aides.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00c0 savoir\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>:\u00a0Les travaux ne doivent pas d\u00e9buter avant la d\u00e9pose de toutes les demandes de financement. Les subventions seront revers\u00e9es au b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire \u00e0 la fin des travaux, apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9pose de ses demandes de paiement.
